How it works
Step 1: Order online
Once you have ordered your kit online, we will send your Covid-19 test kit to you in a tracked, postage-paid delivery. Delivered next day when ordered before 1 pm on Monday to Friday.
Step 2: Return sample
The Covid-19 test kit contains everything you need to take your sample correctly, and includes a tracked, postage-paid envelope to return your sample to the lab. For Royal Mail, just drop it off at a priority postbox:

Step 3: Receive results
Your results will be processed within 12-24 hours from the date your sample is received by the lab. Once your sample has been analysed, we will email you to notify you about your results, along with your signed and dated Fit to Fly Certificate.
Frequently Asked Questions
When should I take my test to ensure I receive my certificate so I can fly?
You should collect your sample and post it to the laboratory the day before your time window begins. For example, if you are required to have a certificate dated within three days of your flight, please send your sample to the lab four days before you fly.
It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that their sample reaches the laboratory in time.
How accurate is this test?
This test is highly accurate at 99.9% with the correct sampling technique. Please ensure that you follow the sample collection instructions carefully.
